Wine & Chocolate

Sleepy Jean’s Confections and Jefferson Hill Farm and Winery have worked together to develop chocolate creations and collections that included or were paired to Jefferson Hill Farm and Winery’s Red Wine and Catawba White wine. The chocolate items may be ordered directly from Sleepy Jean's or purchased through or at Jefferson Hill Farm and Winery. For Christmas, we have combined these delicious offerings into our Holiday Gift Baskets! Because these baskets do contain wine, Kansas Law requires that they be purchased through Jefferson Hill Farm and Winery.
