Sleepy Jean's Confections and Jefferson Hill Farm and Winery's Fusions

Sleepy Jean’s Confections and Jefferson Hill Farm and Winery have worked together to develop three different chocolate and wine Fusions.  They are sold individually or in gift boxes of two or all three varieties.  The Fusions may be used as a dip for cookies, pretzels, strawberries or other party foods.  It can also be used in baking or as a wonderful dip into your coffee or tea. Warming and pouring over fresh fruit or ice cream makes a wonderful dessert.  Of course a spoonful right out of the jar is a very popular option as well!
